Elvis may have Checked out but his Court is in fine Order

Ok Folks,
I have an AWESOME opportunity over in Fort Worth. We have two properties on Elvis Ct. These properties were originally being marketed by the builder in the 150's. We are asking 116K for one of them and 100K for the other one. These are new construction and the leases in the area for these homes are going from $1,200 to $1,400 a month.
